The management of MarMè is pleased to host you and informs you of the internal regulations, confident that the rules contained therein will be followed with common sense and mutual respect.
Since the guesthouses are family-run establishments, there is no reception service available at all hours, therefore guests are required to communicate their expected arrival time by phone.
Check-in will be carried out after 2:00 PM and by 8:00 PM unless otherwise required by guests.
The balance of the stay will be requested at check-in.
The room keys will be handed over upon arrival at the facility; in case of loss, a penalty of €100 will be applied and fully charged to the guest.
A daily room tidying service is provided with linen changes every four days.
Room tidying will be carried out from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
Smoking is not allowed inside the facility; this simple rule is to protect non-smokers or those who will come after you, as well as being a fire prevention measure.
In accordance with the guesthouse regulations, silence is requested between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
It is forbidden to consume food in the room or to light stoves; the kitchen is exclusively for guesthouse staff use.
It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors or additional guests who are not staying there.
Proper use of sanitary facilities is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet that could cause blockages.
Animals are not allowed inside the facility solely for possible allergies of other guests.
On the day of check-out, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM; late departure will incur a penalty of €100.
